I had always had a strong passion for performing in my Service positions and because of this; I have gained a lot of customer’s trust and have build a certain kind of relationship with them and also with my working team. I believe passion and the quality that I have in my work has certainly bring me out from others and it is one of the most essential materials needed in my career because it drives and pushes a person and with encouragement. I am constantly being appointed by different team leaders to be the trainer or the process owner when there is new things are coming up and I work closely with team leaders and to complete the task or to setup a basic layout to carry on with the task given and it would be my responsibility to pass the information down to my team or other related team mates
