• Key interface to the customer for negotiation of product features, schedule, and performance tradeoffs, for communication of project status, and for resolving issues with the customer. • Leadership of a cross-functional team resolving issues across global sites, ensuring clear roles & responsibilities and good communications throughout all phases of the program on contract fulfillment and meeting customer’s requirement. • Responsible for monitoring the KPI to ensure profitability, maintaining and achieving committed ship targets. • Standard cost management to ensure material pricing do not exceed quoted price to customer. • Lead customer interactions to define the project scope and detailed product requirements, communicate project status and issues on a regular basis, and resolve issues as needed.
