RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for detailed planning of resources (tools / equipment and labour)
• Monitor and arrange shipments related to the projects
• Supervise a team of staff and manage a pool of workers
• Expect to travel on short assignments
• Manage customers’ expectations

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma
• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in project based logistics in the Freight Forwarding industry
• Understand and possess experience in Freight Operations or Operations Resource planning
• Relevant experience in visual & fine arts logistics and good personal network of contacts in the museums, art galleries and artists/designers circles will be an added advantage
