Responsibilities
• Handling and processing of order entries and ensuring customer orders are met in timely and accurate manner
• To prepare and submit weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports on timely basis
• Billing to customers
• Creating ASN and provide tally sheet
• Ensure reports are delivered to the warehouse on a timely basis
• Update the WMS (Warehouse Management System) after receiving goods
Requirements
• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level
• 1 to 3 years experience in customer service / administration
• Relevant experience in food industry will be an added advantage
• Must have good attitude
• Able to multi task
