My Client is a worldwide German leading manufacturer of digital vision systems and cameras. They are looking for a technical supporting role for their current distributors and Key Account in Asia Pacific. Main Task:
Provide Technical Support of current distributor and Key Account in Asia Pacific.
Job Scope:
Ensure good technical knowledge of customers on Company's Vision Component Products
Assist in organizing training and workshops for customers.
Attend to customer technical requirement and provide local technical support for customers.
Act as a communication link between customers in Asia Pacific and worldwide support team.
Immediate Challenges:
Attend an orientation program including trainings in Germany within 1-2 months to familiarize yourself with the company culture and technical knowledge of Company product lines.
Establish relationship with the customers in Asia Pacific.
Frequent travel is required.
Requirements:
Degree in Electroic Engineering.
Must have technical background with 1-2 years experience in providing technical support and training to customer's.
fresh graduate may also apply.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
Knowledge in Vision is preferred.
Good knowledge of Window OS, Linux OS and Programming in visual.
Perfer someone independently with high initiative base on very goodself-management competency.
Office located in the West/ 5 days work week.
