My Client is a well established Global Japan Manufacturer in the North.
Responsibilities
· Conduct experimental research on various properties of the Company’s products, as well as analysis and tests to investigate the chemical phenomena of products.
· Responsible for new product testing, development and prototype production; as well as assisting customers during material evaluation and qualification phases with the Company’s products.
· To work closely with customers in the development of suitable material configurations to meet customer needs and providing technical support to them.
Requirements:
· Good Degree in Polymer / Material Engineering or Chemistry.
· Preferably two years experience relevant work experience with IC packaging materials and processes:- encapsulant, silver epoxy, substrates, lead frame, under-fill, FOL, EOL, etc.
· Experience in IC package failure analysis (FA) or polymer science and semiconductor materials composition is advantageous.
· Knowledge of DOE is preferred.
· Result oriented team player and ability to work independently to complete projects.
· Strong desire and commitment to motivate for continuous improvement.
· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
