An awesome opportunity currently exists within our clients growing SAP consultancy business for a SAP HR/Payroll Functional Consultant to be based in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. This rewarding role will offer you the chance to not only further your career, but also to take that next step within our rapidly growing team.
As the SAP HR/Payroll consultant you will be responsible for the entire system development life cycle from analysing business requirements, configuring SAP to meet the requirements, developing functional specifications, testing the solution as well as supporting the solution.
WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU?
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years SAP HR/Payroll experience
Completed at least 2 full life cycle SAP Payroll implementations
Experience in the ASAP methodology
Technical Competencies
SAP HR and Payroll Configuration
Solution Manager
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years SAP R/3 consulting experience in SAP HR
• Strong experience in business process re-engineering
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes such as Foundational Learning, Knowledge Management, Talent Management, Change Management, Requirements/Needs Analysis, and Change Readiness Assessment
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
• Relevant degree in HR, computing or a relevant discipline
Non-Technical Competencies
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work in a team
Willing to travel
Proactive
Ownership and drive
