Job Description:
- Attending to customers' queries and needs through telecommunication or walk-in customers.
- Maintaining Customer Database software.
- Assist with some reports in excel formats.
- Assist the sales team with administrative duties, eg preparing quotation, order processing.
- Assist in ordering of stationery items
Requirements:
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office software.
- Works with minimal supervision, good initiative and follow-up.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, displaying strong listening, probing and empathy skills.
- Able to interact with callers to gather data, recommend products/solutions as well as handle inquiries about the product and services.
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
