1. Set up a Commissioning Dept. including prepare company precom/com. procedures. Organize the department and set up operation rules.
2. With the assistant of Company HR to recruit precom/com. staff for projects commissioning plan and execution from inside company and out sourcing.
3. Support and supervise project precom/com execution of Hydrocarbon Business Unit
4. Per the request of proposal managers, prepare precom/com. plan in the proposal including manpower plan, cost estimation, and resumes for precom/com. organization key persons per ITB request.
5. Coordinate with other supporting disciplines for the support of precom/com activities.
6. Report to Hydrocarbon Business Unit Technology Center
7. Office in Taipei
