RESPONSILIBILITES:
•Conduct customer needs analysis and apply knowledge-based recommendation of bank’s product
•To build and deepen relationship with customer through excellent service to maximize cross-sell and referral opportunities
•To provide quality portfolio management service
•To actively manage anti-attrition and retention of customers
•Outbound phone calls to follow up on sales matters for customer
•Strengthen customer service capabilities by following closely to required standards
•To actively participate and provide feedback in department’s sales planning to generate effective action plans to meet and exceed sales targets
•Logging of service statistics, complaints, enquiries, ad hoc customer survey
REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum Diploma Holder with relevant customer service experience in a banking and finance environment
•Excellent people management skills with strong interpersonal and communication ability to deal with people of all levels in complex and challenging situations
•Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements
