6+ years experience in the IT industry with relevant IT management experience. Experience in
Enterprise systems, project management, CRM management or managing business intelligence
strongly preferred.
• Experience with developing and managing IT strategies and working and communicating with senior
management on strategy.
• Experience in IT implementation programs and projects. Regional or global implementation
experience a plus.
• Experience working in a regional or global MNC environment. Experience working outside SEA a
strong plus.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IS Management, Engineering or Business.
Relevant professional qualifications such as ITIL and PMI certification a plus.
• Experience in managing outsourced vendors as well as offshore resource management.
• Willing to travel at least 20%, including international travel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills / multi-lingual language skills a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong Presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with business leadership. |
