Position : HSSE Engineer
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
· Provide HSSE management systems support.
· Coordinate and formulate HSSE improvement plans in respond to company, industry, regulatory, and customers requirements.
· Identify, propose and implement environmental friendly improvement projects.
· Administrate employee observation/suggestion schemes to promote open communication.
· Administrate Behavior-Based Safety Process for continual safety improvement.
· Coordinate and drive Sports & Recreation activities.
· Performs other assignments or duties as required.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
· Diploma holders may be considered based on relevant experience.
· Knowledge and experience in Environmental preferred.
· Some experience in manufacturing environment.
· Pro-active leadership with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for excellence.
· Effective communicator with the ability to interact at all levels to embrace changes and new ideas.
· Good analytical and problem solving skills.
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
· Good presentation skills and versatile in using multi-media.
· Computer literate and good working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, PowerPoint, etc.
