MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEERS

Main duties
1. Successful candidate will be part of a team to conceptualise, design and develop semiconductor back-end automation line.
2. Responsible for Continuous Improvement Programme (CIP) and engineering field support.
Job Specifications
1. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in semiconductor back-end machines.
3. Preferably with knowledge of Pro-Engineering.
