Logistics Officer X 2

Responsibilities:

Import/ Export coordination and documentation
Excellent communication skills and courteous in providing customer service
Shipment data entry using in-house system
Tradenet Declaration
Ensure that all documentation, job costing & billing are process in a timely manner and complies with customers’ requirements.
Conforming to and meeting the internal and external KPIs set


Requirements:

2 years experience in similar industry is a MUST
Minimum qualification in Diploma of any disciplines
Able to interact effectively at all levels and show positive attitude
Proficient in MS Office
Deadline oriented and willing to work extended hours
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Female working environment


Others:

Working Hours: 8.45am - 5.15pm(Mon - Fri) & 8.45am - 12.15pm(Sat)
Location: West (Jurong Port Road)
Salary range : $1.6K -$2.3K(depends on experience)
