CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Main Responsibilities
- Process Delivery orders/ invoices / quotation / perform invoice
- Arrange delivery with warehouse/shipping personnel
- Attending to customer calls / queries and taking of orders
- Raise purchase orders
- Coordinate and assist and follow up on contracts / quotations made by sales & marketing personnel
- Type MSDS and update intranet
- Monitor customer outstanding order and stock inventory
- Other ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Diploma holders / fresh graduates are welcome
- 1-2 Years of experience in Customer Service industry preferred
- Excellent communications and interpersonal abilities
- Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage
