Deputy Supervisor (12-Hour Shift)

The Job:
Be one of the Deputy supervisor reporting to the Production Superintendent
Supervise the operation of the PPE/m-PPE plant which consists of Monomer, Compounding & Polymer section, including almost all types of unit operations

Responsible for production activities, and supervising section leaders and technicians to meet production schedules, as well as quality and safety standards

Ensure good harmony within the shift team

Requirements:

Diploma holder with at least 5 years of chemical plant operation experience
Experience in a monomer, compounding or Polymer plant will be an advantage

Working Hours: 12 hours shift work
