Job Scope:-
-Running all payrolls, weekly, fortnightly & monthly.
-Inputting hours from TMS system for hourly paid staff.
-Inputting overtime and bonus payments for staff.
-Generating overtime reports for workshops.
-Completing all tax year end reports and documentation.
-Ensure CPF contributions are deducted from salaries.
-Inputting and processing all new starts onto system.
-Deleting all leavers from system.
-Producing headcount reports for Houston office including temporary and permanent staff on a monthly basis.
-Process payroll journals.
-Operating and maintaining TMS Paysonnel Systems.
-Training users of TMS & Paysonnel Systems.
Requirements:-
-Previous Payroll experience.
-Advanced Excel Skills.
-Proven organization and administration skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Team player.
-Attention to detail.
-Positive Attitude. |
