-Will play a pivotal role in business intelligence and monitoring the macro environment.
-Will provide strategic analysis of internal and external business environment to support business planning and also value-added statistical analysis and services to support the needs of internal customers.

Requirements:-
-An Honours Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Real Estate or equivalent.
-Working experience in a research environment in real estate industry will be an added advantage.
