Job Scope:-
-Will lead a team of building service staff in the maintenance of air-con and district cooling systems in all the Company's properties.
-Will provide M&E engineering and consultation to other departments for new projects, customers or AA works.
-As well as to project manage system repairs, retro-fitting, upgrading and outfitting works to cater to the requirements of our new and existing tenants.
-Will also devise, implement and monitor energy saving plans for our properties and provide our local & multi-national investors with the most effective engineering solutions.
-Will draft specifications, call tender, review and recommend awards tenders for maintenance, A&A works, and plan and implement annual budget and work plans.
Requirements:-
-An Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-At least 5 years of working experience.
-Should be experience in customer management, communication and coordination.
-Possess good communication and report writing skills.
-Those with consultancy and construction experience are welcome to apply.
