Job Scope:-
-Responsible for the management and maintenance of the assigned properties in tip top condition.
-Responsible for supervising and checking on the managing agents or site staff (e.g. guards, cleaners, gardeners, etc stationed at these properties and implementing building maintenance operations.
-Attend to tenancy work and retrofitting for vacant and leased out premises in these properties.
-Liaise with project contractors and purchasers on defects and estate works for the company’s developed properties.
-Maintain proper maintenance records and documentations on site to comply to ISO 9000 and 14000 requirement.
-Submit monthly maintenance reports to HQ.

Requirements:-
-Diploma in Building Services or equivalent Certificate in Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Course.
-At least 3 years working experience in the management and maintenance of commercial buildings.
-Resourceful and able to manage minor A & A projects.
