Job Scope:-
-Ability to transform clients / management requirements into creative and innovative designs acceptable by the local authorities.
-Work within the project requirements for time, cost, building codes and contractual terms.
-Provides information regarding designs, materials and estimated building times.
-Prepares project documentation, including sketches and scale drawings, integrating structural, mechanical and aesthetic elements in final designs.
-Lead design project with track record of mass development in residential.
-Coordinate with associated consultants / specialists and users involved with the projects
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:-
-At least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 years to 3 years of relevant architectural design practice.
-Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2006, 3D visuals & photoshop.
