Requirements:-
-Degree / Diploma in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering.
-Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
-Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities.
-Leads a team of technical officers / technicians in trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance work.
-Perform estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications, bills of quantities.
-And other tender documents, resolution of contractual claims.
-Finalisation of accounts implementation of cost control measures.
-As well as to attend and clarification meetings with clients.
-Coordinating with variouus parties and controlling progress of the project, making sure that the schedule is kept.
