Responsibilities :
- Full spectrum of HR including including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits,
industrial relations, training and development, orientation, employee relation, management development and
succession planning and payroll

- Provide strategic direction and functional leadership in HR

- Oversee daily operational and business issues relating to HR.
