Responsibilities:
• Handle the full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment and selection, employee benefits and compensation, disciplinary and grievance handling, performance management, payroll and etc.
• Review and support the implementation of HR policies
Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in HRM
• Min 2 years of relevant experiences in the F & B industry
• Good Knowledge of prevailing HR practices
• Possess initiative and problem solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR
