An opportunity for you to get directly involves in and shape the quality and user experience of next generation of BubbleTALK voice messaging products. At Bubble Motion, we are looking for quality-care, energetic, highly technical, creative and hands-on experienced individual to be our quality assurance champion to build out Bubble Motion's quality assurance and release strategy.
As Bubble Motion's Quality Assurance champion, you will be responsible:
- To deliver user perceived highest quality level of BubbleTALK and related offerings with supportive quality metrics.
- To lead and drive the overall Bubble Motion's quality assurance and product release programs.
- To hire and build out our global QA team and test environment.
- To develop test automation strategy and implement to it.
- To work in partnership with development, product, support and deployment teams to provide seamless products roll-out.
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of quality assurance management experience with SS7 and/or VoIP telephony software, messaging solutions, IVR-based application solutions;
- Experience with HP OpenCall and similar products is desired.
- Experience to drive quality initiatives, to handle multiple product releases and build team from ground up with multi-site developments.
- Experience with commercial and open source telephony test automation tools like Hammer or SIPp;
- Experience with source control systems like SVN and CVS and be able to make sounding decision on branching and tagging strategies.
- Experience with defect tracking systems like Trac, Bugzilla, ClearCase
- Experience with automated build tool like Tinderbox Product development experience with Linux, MySQL, Apache Experience in internationalization and/or localization;
- Superior analytical and problem solving skill; Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Must be a self-starter and the ability to work independently on diverse problem;
- Must be a team player; capable to lead constructive debate and discussion on quality findings and approaches with developers.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
