The Singapore Academy of Law has four clusters of work. Its principal functions include the dissemination of the knowledge of laws and the legal system, and the promotion of the standards of conduct and learning of the legal profession and the promotion of Information Technology to the legal sector.

Vacancies:

1. - Accounts Executive (Contract for 2 years)

You are required to manage the department’s P&L, check purchases and handle our subsidiary’s ie. SMC financial & management reports. You will ensure accurate update of data in the accounting system and assist in the budget monitoring. You will also compile membership statistics, arrange meetings, provide administrative support and be involved in other adhoc projects. You should hold a Diploma in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent and preferably have 4 to 5 years of accounting experience. You must be a team ..... (continued)

3. - EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER (Alternative Dispute Resolution Services)

You will be seconded to the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) and be primarily responsible for the co-ordination and promotion of training and education in negotiation, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes.
