Nizza Recruitment Services was established in 1999 in Brisbane, Australia by Carmelo Briguglio. His vision was "to create a company that would be known for its specialist expertise in the supply of personnel to the engineering, construction, maintenance, manufacturing and operations sectors globally".
Over the past six years the company has steadily grown and now includes its regional headquarters for Asia in Singapore and an affiliate office in Aberdeen, Scotland. Nizza has a large client base, including a number of International Corporations and is seen as a leading and successful recruitment consultancy in its field.
