Provide secretarial and administrative support to Head of Finance
Duties include:
-Administer meetings and schedules
-Handle claims and reimbursements
-Handle traveling and related bookings and follow up
-Maintain and update filing system
-Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
-Provide admin support to the department
-To carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management
