1. Solvent Recycling
Solvent recovery is one of the few processes we provided to reduce industrial waste generation. Our vacuum distillation system comprises of different separate system that can recycle contaminated solvents using batch processes. Latest technology incorporated in our vacuum and cooling design gives efficient energy consumptions. With the incorporation of our 2nd distillation system, the capacity of our recycling rate can be as high as 20 m3 per 24 hours operation. Our vast experience in solvent recycling has helped us to grow steadily as a reliable and efficient service provider in this field
2. Physico-Chemical Treatment
The physico-chemical treatment processes facilities available in our plant are capable to treat contaminated acids and alkalis, oily emulsions, spent plating solution and various wastewaters. Wastes containing cyanides from plating effluents could be treated in our state of the art wastewater treatment systems. Some common treatment includes, pH neutralization, redox reactions, agglomeration, flocculation and precipitations.
